easter bunny roast.

When friend and Chef Brian Hauke, regular contributor to our blog, said to me, "Hey, I am cooking a special rabbit feast the day after Easter. Would you come and take pictures?" I was almost insulted that he had to ask. A rabbit roast the day after Easter is totally up my alley. Below are some images from my evening of gluttonous bunny consumption. Regards to the Chef, stuffing sausage into a de-boned rabbit thigh is brilliant.
